National Health Council and WebMD Team Up to Answer Health and Health Care Law Questions

This month, the National Health Council is teaming up with WebMD to help educate people with chronic diseases and disabilities about the impending changes to health care insurance law that take effect September 23.

Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius will be taking questions from WebMD readers this week. Questions must be posted by next Tuesday, Sept.14.
