Grace Anne Dorney Koppel Addresses Nation’s Respiratory Therapists
Grace Anne Dorney Koppel presented the keynote address at the AARC International Respiratory Convention & Exhibition on Nov. 5, inspiring respiratory therapists and other respiratory health professionals in attendance with her story of living well with lung disease. The wife of former Nightline anchor Ted Koppel took her audience from her diagnosis with COPD in 2001 through her experience in pulmonary rehabilitation and her role as a national spokesperson for the condition today.
The AARC is making this video of her presentation available to everyone here on YouTube to help raise awareness of this chronic lung condition and spread the word about the importance of early diagnosis and treatment.
